1. About Products and Packaging

We partner directly with factories in China and purchase in bulk, cutting out middlemen and unnecessary markups — that’s how we keep our prices low without sacrificing quality. Every product goes through strict quality checks before shipping, and we stand behind everything we sell.

Yes, it will. The product image only uses one phone model as a visual example to show the case's design, color, and pattern. This case style is actually compatible with a wide range of phone models (for example, multiple generations within the same series). Simply select your model under "Compatible", place your order, and we'll ship you the phone case that fits your chosen model.

We will continue to release new products, and you can bookmark our website and come back anytime to browse.

The default packaging method for all products sold is CPP bags. Brand boxes require additional purchase.

The appearance of the brand box is shown in the picture, and the size specification is: 17.5 * 10 * 2.5cm.

Each box can only accommodate one phone case.

Due to the size limitation of the box, some products that are too thick or too large cannot be packed into the box.

Therefore, the box is not sold on the corresponding product page.

Step 2: Wrap with anti-collision bubble wrap;

Step 3: Seal with waterproof courier bags.

2. About Payments and Orders

At the moment, we only accept PayPal. It’s a secure, reliable and convenient way to pay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

a. Check your email
Right after your payment goes through, we’ll send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.

  • This applies whether you checked out as a guest or used a member account.
  • If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam/junk folder and make sure your email provider didn’t block them.
  • Our processing time is 2–5 days, depending on factory stock levels. Generally, we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

b. Log into your account (for members)
If you placed the order while logged in, simply sign in, go to My Account, and click “View your order history”. You’ll find all your orders and their up‑to‑date statuses there, including tracking information once your package is on the way.

3. About Logistics, Customs and Duties

Our shipping address is based on the address you provided when placing an order on our website.

Not your shipping address on PayPal.

You can confirm the provided shipping address through the order confirmation email. (As shown in the figure, the system will automatically send it to you after you complete the payment)


Our processing time is 2–5 days, depending on factory stock levels. Generally, we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

Some carriers only update the tracking status after the package has arrived in the destination country and has been received by them. For example, GOFO.

This status usually lasts for a few days. During this period, your package may be in one of the following stages: domestic transportation within China, export customs clearance, international air freight, or import customs clearance. Thank you for your patience!

Of course, we also regularly monitor the shipping status of each package to ensure it is delivered to your shipping address.

We have rich experience in international logistics and will strictly package and use private transportation when shipping to ensure safe delivery. You don't have to worry.

Any additional fees (such as tariffs and taxes) depend on the regulations of your country/region, but we will provide detailed shipping invoices and lower declared prices to help make the customs process smoother.

4. About Returns and Refund

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each product or if your order has not been shipped before the cancelation request.

Contact our customer service staff after receiving the wrong item. After you provide the photos of the wrong item, We will immediately reship for you or give you a refund.

If there are any quality problems with the product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

After you provide photos of the problem product, we will resend or refund you.

However, please rest assured that quality issues usually do not occur.

We will strictly inspect each product before shipment to ensure that there are no quality issues.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or the item didn't fit, we're happy to exchange the item for a new one.

Please contact our email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your product to begin the process. 

Any incorrect or damaged products caused by us do not need to be returned. We will re-ship as per your request or give you a refund.

If the item is marked "final sale", It does not qualify for a return and can not be refunded.
