2. About Logistics, Customs and Duties

2.1 How long are shipping times?

Our processing time is 1-4 days, overall, we will ship the items as soon as possible, and then takes between 7-15 working days to reach your doorstep.

2.2 Will the goods I purchased be detained by customs?

We have rich experience in international logistics and will strictly package and use private transportation when shipping to ensure safe delivery. You don't have to worry.


2.3 Do I need to pay additional tax fees?

Any additional fees (such as tariffs and taxes) depend on the regulations of your country/region, but we will provide detailed shipping invoices and lower declared prices to help make the customs process smoother.


3. About Orders, Returns and Refund

3.1 Can I cancel my order? 

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each product or if your order has not been shipped before the cancelation request.


3.2 What happens if I receive the wrong item? 

Contact our customer service staff after receiving the wrong item. After you provide the photos of the wrong item, We will immediately reship for you or give you a refund.


3.3 Return & Refunds Policy

If there are any quality problems with the product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. After you provide photos of the problem product, we will process the refund for you. 


3.4 Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or the item didn't fit, we're happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact our email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your product to begin the process. 

Any incorrect or damaged products caused by us do not need to be returned. We will re-ship as per your request or give you a refund.

If the item is marked "final sale", It does not qualify for a return and can not be refunded.
